Whether you are looking for affordable housing or top-of-the-line quality in a modular home, customer satisfaction is a top priority. We live in the Moab community and are proud to say that our home buyers have become our personal friends.
We are proud to represent all price levels of manufactured and modular homes. All homes or cabins can be built to regional HUD or UBC building codes.
We are happy to send brochures or take you on a personal tour of the beautiful homes we have developed in the greater Moab/Grand and San Juan County, Utah area.
We promise 100% follow-up after moving into one of our beautiful homes and pride ourselves on adding to the growing Moab economy. In that spirit, we use only local, licensed and experienced contractors for all site work and the installation of our modular homes.
