Moab Estates proudly presents our live webcam, located at the Pueblo Verde Subdivision in Moab, Utah.  The webcam is a joint venture between La Sal Modular Homes, Inc. and MoabLive.com.

 Throughout 2009, watch as future residents of Pueblo Verde Subdivision use their own efforts to finish thirteen new homes.

The Housing Authority of Southeastern Utah recently celebrated groundbreaking for the next mutual self-help housing group in Moab. Early in2009, 11 of the 13 families broke ground to begin the construction of their new homes in the Pueblo Verde Subdivision. The team, known as the “Verde Builders,” will construct their homes together as a group.

In friendly competition with another group in Blanding, the Verde Builders may help Moab become the first Southeastern Utah city to celebrate 100 homes completed under the Housing Authority's Mutual Self-Help Housing Program.

As of May 1, 2009, the Housing Authority still had openings for two families interested in homeownership. To apply to become part of the program, or for more information, contact the Housing Authority of Southeastern Utah 435-259-5891 or visit the office at 321 East Center Street in Moab.
